Habitat: Secondary forests, woods or thickets on lower hills; near sea level to 900 m.
Life form: Shrub/tree
Description: A large shrub or small tree from the tropical forests of Asia, Rutaceae family. Flowering often happens twice annually from Feb-April and July-Aug. Widely used in herbal medicines against sores and scabies. Leaves up to 25cm long and 8cm wide, though can be much smaller.
