Description:
Solitary, stemless plant or rarely creeping (up to 50 cm long) stem; erected, inwardly curving, lanceolate, blue-green leaves, near the tip thorned lower surface; reddish-brown toothed margins; up to 100 cm high, bright dark red to orange-red, down-curved, densely flowered, turning yellow at the tips, simple or branched inflorescence. Rare species of aloe.
