Description: Up to 30 cm tall plant, stemless or with a stout stem, grows singularly or in small groups; up to 12, 20-40 cm long, dark glossy green leaves arranged in rosettes, lance-shaped, striped with oblong white spots; pungent, dark brown toothed margins; 100-175 cm high, pale pink inflorescence with 3-10 erected branches. - Leaf sap used for treatment of burns, sores and wounds. - Aloe greatheadii named after the collector Dr. J.B. Greathead.
